- Step 2: Enter your information and a user ID and password will be generated.
- Step 3: Fill out the ESIC Staff Nurse application form using your login credentials.
- Step 4: After filling out all of the columns, scan and upload the required documents into the application form in the format specified.
- Step 5: To apply, double-check all of the information and click the “Submit” button.
- Step 6: You will be redirected to a secure online payment portal. Pay the required application fee for the category you’ve chosen.
- Step 7: For future reference, download and print the ESIC Staff Nurse application form.
