Selection Process

1. Deputy Collector (Post Code: 1001) – Candidates must possess a degree of any of the Universities incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India or other Educational Institution established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under Section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956.
2. Deputy Superintendent of Police (Category-1) (Post Code: 1002) –
1. Candidates must possess a degree of any of the Universities incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India or other Educational Institution established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under Section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956.
2. Other things being equal, preference shall be given to candidates who possess National awards for physical efficiency.
3. Assistant Commissioner (Commercial Taxes) (Post Code: 1003) –
1. Candidates must possess a degree of any of the Universities incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India or other Educational Institution established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under Section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956.
2. Other things being equal, preference shall be given to candidates as follows;
(a) First Candidates – who hold both B.Com. degree and B.L. degree together with a Diploma in Taxation Laws
(b) Second Candidates – who hold both B.Com. and B.L. degree
(c) Third Candidates – who hold either B.Com. degree or B.L. degree together with a Diploma in Taxation Laws
(d) Fourth Candidates – who hold either B.Com. degree or B.L. degree
4. Deputy Registrar of Co-operative Societies (Post Code: 1004) – Candidates must possess a degree of any of the Universities incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India or other Educational Institution established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under Section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956.
5. Deputy Registrar of Co-operative Societies Assistant Director of Rural Development (Post Code: 1006) –
1. Candidates must possess a degree of any of the Universities incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India or other Educational Institution established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under Section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956.
2. Other things being equal, preference shall be given to candidates possessing any of the following qualifications;
(a) Post Graduate Degree in Rural Services of the Gandhigram Rural Institute
(b) Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Extension.
(c) Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Sociology.
6. District Employment Officer (Post Code: 1007) –
1. Candidates must possess a degree of any of the Universities incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India or other Educational Institution established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under Section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956.
2. Other things being equal, preference shall be given to graduates in Economics, Education, Sociology, Statistics, Psychology and to those with Post Graduate Diploma in Social Science and experience in industrial or personnel management or labour welfare
7. District Officer (Fire and Rescue Services) (Post Code: 1008) – Candidates must possess a degree of any of the Universities incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India or other Educational Institution established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under Section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956.
